How to use

In a nebulizer, use the oil undiluted, following the instructions of your device.

Outside a nebulizer, use the oil only diluted. For the skin, prepare a 1-2% solution in a carrier oil, which means 2-3 drops of the oil per 10 ml of carrier oil. Before first use, test it on a small area of skin.
