Water, apple juice from apple juice concentrate (20%), beta-alanine, taurine, caffeine (anhydrous), glucuronolactone, choline bitartrate, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-tryptophan, Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey.), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.; standardised to 1.5% withanolides), Ginkgo biloba leaf extract (Ginkgo biloba L.), rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.; 3% rosavins; 1% salidrosides), niacin (nicotinic acid amide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), acid (citric acid), flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, neotame), maltodextrin.

Suggested use

Take one serving twice daily (1 serving = two tablespoons, 30 ml). Shake before use; a small amount of sediment is a natural occurrence.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Due to its caffeine content, the product is not recommended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.

Precautions

Do not combine with alcohol or with other products containing caffeine or substances with a similar effect. Do not use together with sedative, hypnotic or anticonvulsant medicines; if taking other medication, consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving; total caffeine intake from all sources should not exceed 400 mg per day.
