Frupp Apple is a freeze-dried fruit bar. Its base is apples (30%), complemented by concentrated apple juice, apple extract and carob fruit extract. One bar is equivalent to 41 g of fruit.

With 28 g of fibre per 100 g, the bar is high in fibre. A single serving, the whole bar, provides 30 kcal. The salt (0.02 g per 100 g) comes solely from naturally occurring sodium.
