Protein blend 89% (ultra whey protein concentrate WPC from milk, whey protein isolate WPI-CFM from milk), reduced-fat cocoa 8%, flavourings, salt, medium-chain triglyceride oil (MCT oil), thickeners: xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Directions

Take 1 to 3 servings daily. Dissolve each serving (37 g) in about 150 ml of water or skimmed milk and drink after waking up, between meals, after training or before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
