Solgar Chelated Iron 25 mg is a dietary supplement in tablet form, with 25 mg of iron per tablet in the form of iron bisglycinate. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Ingredients

Iron bisglycinate (iron), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, fatty acids (vegetable source), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids of vegetable origin, silicon dioxide), vegetable glycerin.

Non-GMO, certified gluten free. Contains no wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavours, sweeteners or colours.

Directions for use

For adults: 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal or as advised by a doctor.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, people taking medication and people with diagnosed medical conditions should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this supplement.

Precautions
