Ingredients

Tricreatine citrate (83.5%), capsule shell: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

May contain milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Directions for use

Recommended daily serving: 4 capsules with 300 ml of water, 1 serving per day, no loading phase. On training days, take the serving 30 minutes before training or straight after it; on rest days, in the morning after waking up or before bed. It can be combined with a protein supplement, carbohydrates or beta-alanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not for use by pregnant or breast-feeding women or by persons under 18 years of age.
