How to use

Add a few drops to a diffuser or a bowl of hot water, following the instructions of your device.

Apply the oil to the skin only when diluted in a carrier oil, for example sweet almond oil. A 1-2% dilution, which is 2-3 drops of oil per 10 ml of carrier oil, is a good starting point.
