    Ingredients

    Betaine Anhydrous (trimethylglycine, TMG).

    Suggested use

    Mix ½ teaspoon (1.6 g) with water or a preferred beverage. Take twice daily. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 1.5 g of betaine.
