Ingredients

L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine.

Produced in a facility that also processes milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Suggested use

Dissolve one serving (10 g, 1.7 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, take one serving before or after training. On non-training days, take one serving after waking up. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Due to the high content of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the powder may dissolve less easily and have a slightly bitter taste - this is a natural characteristic of the raw materials used. Stir it well into water or juice, or take it directly followed by water or juice.
